1, WHAT ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS?

Three types of oxygen concentrators

Medical Oxygen Concentrators (5L/10L, the oxygen concentration in all gears are above 93%)

Portable Home Oxygen Concentrators (1-9L, only the oxygen concentration in 1L or 2L gear is above 93%)

Mini Hanheld Oxygen Concentrator (3L/ 5L/ 7L/ 9 liter mini oxygen generator machines with battery and backpack are offered )

 

2, WHICH OXYGEN MODEL WOULD BE MY BEST CHOICE?

For people in USA, the DE-C1L and Jay-10 (Medical standard) model. (Stock in USA local warehouse)

For people in Mexico, the DE-2A model (Stock in MX local warehouse)

For people in EU，the DE-2AW and DE-Q1W model. (Stock in EU local warehouse)

4, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In general, orders typically process within ,1-2 days and transit time is about 3-6 business days.

We will shipping the product to you by UPS, FedEX or DHL. It will delivery to you soon.

7, HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Besides DEDAKJ Store cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage.

 

8, WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?

Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have man-made damage.

You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at dedakj@yahoo.com 

You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

 

9, WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS IN TIME?

In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 30 days. Please contact dedakj@yahoo.com  and we will deal with it immediately.

11, CAN I USE MY MEDICARE?

Unfortunately, we do not work with insurance companies/providers.

There is an option to pay out of pocket and have your insurer reimburse you. However, you need to contact them directly and make sure this is an option for you.

 

12, DOES THE MACHINE HAVE WARRANTY?

All of our products are 1 year warranty, except our Refurbished/Used oxygen machines. The used machines do not apply to the one-year warranty and one-month refund policy. Please feel free to contact us if necessary.

 

13, HOW TO MODIFY THE ORDER INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

If you need to replace / add / reduce order products, or modify the delivery address, contact information, etc., please contact us by email before it is shipped.
