Do not use in parallel or in series with other oxygen concentrators or oxygen treatment equipment.

If you feel unwell or have a medical emergency while receiving oxygen
treatment, you should seek medical assistance immediately, to avoid injury.  

To ensure that the amount of oxygen required for treatment is provided according to your physical condition, the oxygen generator must use the manufacturer's regulations attachment.

Do not lubricate the accessories, connections, oil  pipes or other accessories of the oxygen generator to avoid the risk of fire and burn.

When the vehicle is not started, do not use the 12VDC on-board socket to operate the equipment.

In order to prevent power failure or possible failure of the oxygen concentrator, those who need oxygen urgently must prepare other standby oxygen Supply (e.g. oxygen bottle, oxygen bag, etc.).

Care shall be taken to prevent the oxygen generator from getting damp or liquid entering the equipment.

The power cord and nasal cannulashall be placed in such a way as to avoid tripping hazards.

If the alarm sound is weak or no sound, please consult the equipment supplier immediately.

Do not leave the oxygen generator in a very hot or cold vehicle. Please disconnect the oxygen generator when the vehicle is stopped Power cord to avoid consuming the battery of the car.

Do not operate the oxygen concentrator in a ventilated or closed space. This will cause the equipment to overheat and affect the equipment performance. Using the oxygen generator outside the normal working or storage temperature range will damage the performance of the equipment.

Do not operate and store the equipment near heat source, inflammable and explosive materials, damp, corrosive gas, high and low temperature environment.

Please place the machine in a ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, humid areas and crowded spaces, and keep the distance from the walls and other objects should be above 30cm. The machine in the cold area of the plateau can work normally only after being powered on and preheated.

Do not place sundries and liquid containers on the cabinet.

It is forbidden to block or block the air inlet and outlet of the machine, which will cause blockage of the air inlet and outlet and cause temperature too high to cause shutdown or decrease of oxygen concentration.

In order to prevent this machine from being interfered by strong electromagnetic environment or interfering with other electrical appliances, please connect this machine with other spacing of household appliances shall be at least 3 meters.

If the AC adapter is used to connect the network power supply, the network power supply voltage shall not exceed 220V (± 10%), such as please connect  the regulator before using.

Please select safe and qualified sockets and wiring boards with safety electrician certification.

It is not allowed to frequently turn on andoff the oxygen generator. It can be started up after 3-5 minutes of shutdown to avoid affecting the service life of the compressor Life.

When using the oxygen generator, avoid bending the oxygen suction pipe, otherwise the normal output of oxygen will be affected.

Do not disassemble the machine without authorization or non professionals. Any change to the machine may damage to machine performance or relate equipment will invalidate your warranty.

Please refer to the instructions for the proper assembly and use of the nasal oxygen tube.

Please only use the accessories recommended by this machine. Using accessories from other manufacturers may cause your oxygen generator to fail It is damaged and will void your warranty.

When not in use, please turn off the power and remove the battery; When the power cord is connected, it is also necessary to unplug the power plug.

The breathing cannot be detected because the breathing is too light, and oxygen will be automatically released after 10 seconds.

It is prohibited to use on the aircraft.The oxygen generator shall not be inverted or lying horizontally.

Oxygen is a combustion supporting gas. It is prohibited to smoke and keep away from the fire source to avoid fire hazard.

Do not use or contact oil or grease at any part of the oxygen generator.

 

Product Introduction

This product adopts air as raw materials, and it is made of a low-noise and 
high-performance oilless concentrator and originally imported high- quality
molecular sieve. The machine manufactures high-purity oxygen through the
principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) under normal temperature for
users to uptake oxygen. This product is designed in accordance with a higher
standard than home appliances, and equipped with a large and clear LED
display, smart chip automatic control circuit and fault alarm function, so it is
easily used. This machine is designed with overheating protection function.
When the working temperature of concentrator or system temperature is
excessive,this machine will automatically stop working to better protect the
safety of the concentrator and whole machine.
This product is characterized by small volume, light weight, portability, low
power, small noise and others. It is suitable for trips, mountain climbing and
other outdoor scenes, but also used on the vehicles through a special
on-board adapter.
Suitable Populations: Middle-aged and elderly populations who need health
cares, pregnant women, outdoor sports populations, populations in plateau

Usage Steps

1. Check the device

Before this product is used, first check whether the device is damaged and
defective. In case of the above situations, please in time contact with the
post-sales service and your distributor.

2. Connect the power supply (this product can use three power supply modes

for power supply)
Battery power supply:
first press the button on the battery, and the power
indicator will flash. Check the battery power display. If the battery is charged,
install the battery into the device.
AC power supply:
first connect the adapter with the power cord, and then
connect the power. When the power indicator on the adapter is on, it indicates
that the power connection is successful. At this time, press the on key briefly,
the machine will work normally and the built-in battery will also be charged.
On board power supply:connect the on-board adapter. When the power
indicator on the adapter is on, it indicates that the power connection is
successful.
Note: when the charging port of the host is connected to the AC power supply
or the vehicle power supply, the battery can be charged.
It is prohibited to directly supply power to products without batteries.

3. Connect the oxygen intake tube

Nasal oxygen tube is connected to the oxygen outlet nozzle. Ensure no knots
and folds are found in the middle of catheter, and the catheter is connected
securely.

4. Preheating before starting the machine

Press the switch on / off button of the equipment, and you will hear the startup
prompt sound "Di". Meanwhile, the equipment screen displays the startup
screen, and the system starts to enter the preheating state. It takes about 5
minutes. After the preheating is completed, the system meets the normal use
requirements, and then the nasal oxygen tube is worn for use.
Note:
the oxygen generator needs to be preheated for 5 minutes after startup.
Do not wear nasal oxygen tube for use during preheating.

5. Selection of oxygen flow shifts

Appropriate oxygen flow shifts will be set by adding or reducing the shift as per
your physical condition.

6. Turn off

By shortly pressing the on/off button, the device gives the sound “Di~”, and the
screen displays the turn-off interface.
7.Battery charging
The battery has a separate charging port, which can be removed separately for
charging.

 

Information Display

Main interface

When the device is normally working after startup, the system enters into the
main interface. The main interface is displayed as follows:
① Electricity usage; （Continuous battery remaining power display; This value
is only an estimated value, and the actual remaining power may be different
from this value;）
② Selection of shifts;
③ Respiration indication signs;
④ Current oxygen concentration;
⑤ Current oxygen flow;
⑥ Cumulative running hours;

 

Altitude mode

By pressing the altitude mode key, the interface enters into the altitude mode.
A blue prompt bar showing “altitude mode” appears at the lower right corner
of display screen, and altitude icon and current altitude value are shown below
the shift number. After entering the altitude mode, you can continuously press
the key, the altitude value on the display interface is separately “3000m”,
“4000m” and “5000m”, and then press the key to exit from the altitude mode.

By simultaneously pressing the “Shift Key” and “Altitude Key” for 2S, the
system enters into the information interface, and then by simultaneously
pressing the “Shift Key” and “Altitude Key” for 2S, you can exit from the
information interface.
The information interface is divided into three parts:
Battery:
To display the model and current battery temperature;
Molecular sieve:
To display cumulative working hours;
Device:
To display the model, cumulative running hours, software version
number and hardware version number.
Note: Specific parameters are subject to actual displays!

Working principle

For the principle of oxygen generation, the oxygen concentrator adopts the
“PSA”-pressure swing adsorption-technique. The machine selects the zeolite
molecular sieve as the adsorbent by adsorbing nitrogen under high pressure to
separate oxygen. When the pressure is reduced, nitrogen is released from the
molecular sieve.
Working principle: Air first goes through the filter screen and filter device for
filtration and then enters into the compressor. Then, air comes into the
molecular sieve tower to separate oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrogen is adsorbed
by the tower, while oxygen is directed to the oxygen tank through the catheter
after going out of the tower and gathered in the tank, and finally delivered to
users through the oxygen transport tube.
This machine adopts pulse oxygen supply, which supplies oxygen as per users’
actual respiratory rate. It delivers oxygen when users inspire, but no oxygen
output when users expire. This can improve the oxygen utilization rate and
service life of the machine.

Service and Maintenance

Battery precautions and maintenance

The user has the responsibility to check the battery regularly and replace it if
necessary.
Please fully charge the battery before using it for the first time.
To ensure that the battery is properly charged, check that the correct AC
power adapter or on-board power adapter is correctly ground into the power
socket. Observe the display indicating the state of charge. After the battery is
fully charged, the value of the battery is 95%-100% is normal in order to
maximize the life of the battery.
When the device leaves the factory, the battery has been removed.
Before installing the battery, make sure that the equipment is turned off and
the cable on the power socket is removed.
The power adapter is designed to be used with the oxygen generator. When
using, the power output connector is now inserted into the body source
socket, and then insert the adapter plug into the power socket.
Do not use power extension cords.
Do not place the battery directly in an overheated environment, such as
direct exposure to sunlight, which may cause the battery performance
degradation may also cause ignition or explosion of the battery.
When the machine is not used for a long time, please remove the battery and
store it separately. Please keep the battery power ≥ 50% before storage. The
battery needs to be recharged once a month, otherwise the battery life will be
affected.
Always keep the battery away from liquids. If the battery is damp, please stop
using it immediately and dispose of it properly.
The remaining battery power is continuously displayed. This value is only an
estimate, and the actual remaining power may be different from this value.
When the battery is fully charged or fully discharged, exposure to overheated
ambient temperature may result in permanent battery capacity loss of sex.
Do not attempt to remove the battery pack while the device is still running or
plugged in.
The battery is a built-in cell. In order to protect the battery, the battery
protection will be started when the battery temperature is too high,charging
the battery at this time may greatly prolong the charging time.

 

Improper use of the battery will cause the battery to become hot and burn,
and may cause serious injury. Please make sure not to puncturing, striking,
stepping, bumping the battery or other impacts that may have an important
impact on the use of the battery.
Using a damaged battery may cause personal injury.
Do not expose the battery to the fire source or throw it into the fire, which
may cause battery explosion and personal injury risk.
It is not allowed to short-circuit the battery with metal items such as keys
and coins, which may generate sparks or a large amount of heat.
Operating outside the normal operating temperature of the oxygen
generator or storing the oxygen generator will affect the performance of the
oxygen generator, and will reduce the operating time of the battery and
increase the charging time of the battery.
Do not disassemble the battery. There are no maintainable parts inside the
battery.
Keep the battery out of reach of children.
It is prohibited to use other lithium batteries other than those provided
with this product.
When scrapping batteries, please consult the equipment supplier or follow
local regulations.
The battery of the oxygen generator does not need to be discharged before
charging. It is recommended to charge the battery after each use.
When connected to DC or AC power supply, the battery will be charged
until it is fully charged regardless of whether the oxygen generator is shut
down or running.
Affected by the internal operating temperature of the battery, the battery
will not be charged until several minutes after the power supply is connect This is a protective measure for the safe charging of the battery.
If the battery pack is completely depleted, the battery may not start charging initially.

 

Installation and disassembly of battery

Equipment cleaning

• Before cleaning the equipment, please confirm that the equipment has been turned off, the power cord has been unplugged, and the battery has been removed.

• Power off sequence: first unplug the power plug, then unplug the device, and finally remove the battery.

• The surface of the cabinet shall be wiped and cleaned at least once a month,and wiped with a clean, soft, slightly wet cloth soaked with disinfectant,and prevent liquid from penetrating into the machine.
• Do not directly flush the equipment with water or other liquids directly contact the equipment. Equipment failure alarm may occur shutdown or electric shock.

Note: the service life of the oxygen generator host is 3 years.
Service life of molecular sieve: 1 year.
Battery life: 500 full charge and discharge.

 

Filter cotton replacement

Note: failure to install or replace the filter cotton for a long time may affect
the equipment performance or damage the equipment. Please replace the
filter cotton in a timely manner. The replacement cycle depends on the use
environment and use conditions. Generally, the machine is replaced every 100
hours.
