Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Conditions

1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
3. All items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or used for less than 2 hours, with all accessories, and in the original packaging.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Refunds are not applicable to items damaged due to customer misuse.

General Return Process

1. Initiate a return: Please send an email to dedakj@yahoo.com with photos and/or videos of the item and inform your order number. Our customer service staff will determine whether your return request is eligible within 1 business day.
2. Send the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Return address will be provided upon request for quality reasons. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 1 business day and then provide a replacement for exchange or refund.

Return Fees

1. If the return is due to our problem (e.g.: incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund;
2. If the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g.: don't like/don't want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the shipping fee.
3. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returns.

Refunds

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to original payment method within 1-2 business days.
2. If you do not receive the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
2. Once shipped, cancellations may incur a deduction for shipping costs.
