1.Precautions
Thank you for purchasing this product, please read the instruction manual carefully before using. The warning signs shown on this product are intended to let users understand the meaning of the signs and use this product correctly to prevent harm and property damage。The indication and meaning of warning signs are as follows
Special warning:
▲In order to prevent power failure or possible failure of the oxygen concentrator, those who urgently need oxygen must prepare other spare oxygen supply devices (such as: oxygen cylinders, oxygen bags, etc.). The equipment is not considered for life support or life extension！
▲Users should follow the guidance of professional doctors when using high-purity oxygen.
▲Oxygen is one kind of combustion-supporting gases. When using it, do not smoke and keep away from fire, oil ,grease or any other flammable materials to avoid fire。
▲It is not suitable to use and store the oxygen generator near heat sources, flammable and explosive materials, damp, corrosive gas, high and low temperature environments
▲The oxygen concentrator should be placed in a ventilated place indoors and avoid sunlight. The distance between the oxygen concentrator and walls or other objects should be more than 30cm.
▲ The oxygen generator should avoid pollutant and smoke.
▲ It is forbidden to pile up debris on the back of the machine to prevent the blockage of air, which may lead to high temperature, decreased oxygen concentration or machine shutdown.
▲Do not place sundries and liquid containers on the cabinet. If liquid enters the machine, you should immediately cut the power off. And contact the dealer or trader in time.
▲No oil or grease can be used in any part of the oxygen concentrator.
▲To prevent interference by strong electromagnetic environment or other electrical appliances, please keep this machine at least 3m away from other household appliances when using.
▲Don’t place the machine upside down or lying.
▲If the voltage is unstable and exceeds the range of 230±10%, please connect the voltage stabilizer before using
▲Please choose safe and qualified sockets and wiring boards with safety electrician certification.
▲Using non-designated oxygen inhalation or atomization accessories may affects performance.
▲The oxygen generator can reach the regular performance within 10 minutes after starting.
▲Do not turn on or off the oxygen concentrator frequently. You can turn it on after 3-5 minutes after shutting down to avoid damage to the compressor.
▲When finished using, please turn off the switch and unplug the power plug

2.Product features
working principle
This product is powered by a 110V and 230V/50Hz power supply, using air as raw material. This product is using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process, which concentrates more than 90% of oxygen from the air.

Product combination
It is composed of an oxygen concentrator host, humidifier bottle, oxygen concentration status indicator, atomization component (optional accessory), and remote control. When the temperature is lower than 0°c, the device should be placed under normal working conditions for more than four hours before starting to work.
The oxygen concentration will not be reduced when the altitude is lower than 2000 meters. But the efficiency will be less than 90% if the altitude is higher than 2000m.
4.Installation process

Using process
①Remove the humidification bottle
Take out the humidification bottle as shown on the left
②Water injection
Open the humidified water bottle at the top and inject pure water (cold boiled water or distilled water) to below the highest water level. Then put the humidification bottle back in place.
Do not exceed the maximum water mark.
The best installation place of the humidifier in the oxygen generator is shown in the figure.
③ Check "air filter"
Check whether the "air filter" is in place and clean.
④ Connect the power cord
According to the method on the left, first connect the power cord Insert the power socket of the oxygen machine, and then plug the other end of the power cord into the socket.
⑤ Connect the oxygen tube
Insert the large diameter end of the oxygen suction pipe into the "oxygen outlet" of the machine. For example,if purchased oxygen tube or mask-type oxygen inhalation component come with water trap, please open the water trap and pour out the water(Additional purchase required).
⑥ Wear the oxygen inhaler
Wear an oxygen inhaler as shown in the figure. When using an ear-hook oxygen inhaler (the ear-hook oxygen inhaler needs to be purchased separately),adjust the position of the oxygen outlet and align it with the nostril; if you use the nasal inhaler, please align the two vent holes with the nostrils and tighten the rubber ring
⑦Wear the oxygen inhaler
Turn on the "power switch" and touch the "Start/Stop" key gently. Then, the machine will start to produce oxygen, and the user can inhale oxygen

Function button operation
Start
Turn on the power, turn on the power switch on the back, the display content is all on (2s), the power indicator lights green, then it enters the standby state.
On/Off button
Touch the "On/Off" button, the backlight below the button will light up alternately in white and green, the buzzer will emit a beep, and the machine will start oxygen production. At this time, the screen displays the timing time, cumulative time, oxygen concentration, and oxygen flow (The default flow rate is 10L at startup,with a total of 10 gears). In the working state, touch the "On/Off" button to enter the standby state, and the fan will be turned off after a 3-minute delay.
Flow + Botton
Flow "+" key: Touch the flow "+" key to increase the flow by one liter, and the maximum can be adjusted to 10 L.

Flow "-" key: Touch the flow "-" key to decrease the flow by one liter, and the minimum can be adjusted to 1L.
Timing Button
Touch the timing button, the timing will be decremented by 60 minutes, set in a one-way cycle, the highest setting value is 480 minutes; after 3 seconds of inactivity, the timing will start to count down until the timing is automatically turned off. Displayed as "000" means no timing.
※Tips:
1. In the highlighted state, touch the function key to directly reflect the operation result.
2. In the power-saving state, touch the function key once to activate the highlight mode, and touch it again to reflect the operation result. Every time any button is touched, the buzzer will sound once.

Sleep mode key
In the working state, press the "Sleep" key, and after the "Sleep" icon on the display screen flashes three times, the display screen switches to sleep mode. When you press any key or touch any function key on the panel, the screen will be highlighted again.
6.Other features
Power saving mode
In the working state, the display screen will enter the power saving mode after one minute without operation, and its brightness and the brightness of the water tank light will decrease synchronously, which will make your life more environmentally friendly.
Cumulative timing function
This machine is designed with a cumulative use time function. Work running for 1 hour, the cumulative display time accumulates ‘1’
Oxygen concentration indicator
After 10 minutes of booting. When the oxygen concentration is less than 82%, the warning indicator will display yellow. Users can choose the appropriate concentration of oxygen according to their own needs or under the guidance of professional doctors.
Fault detection and alarm signal
The oxygen concentrator has automatic fault detection function and alarm attention function, and all alarms indicate technical fault. The alarm signal includes an audible alarm and a visual alarm. The alarm sound pressure range is> 60dB(A)

Note: The automatic fault detection function of the compressor, cooling fan, and solenoid valve is activated when the oxygen concentrator is running normally. When a fault occurs,The corresponding test point level is low"0”, which will trigger the alarm system. The normal alarm system is a key instruction to maintain the operation of the oxygen concentrator. The alarm settings are all factory defaults, and users are not allowed to define or change by themselves

Atomization function
Atomization function therapy refers to an inhalation treatment method in which medicinal liquid enters the human respiratory tract after being atomized by an atomization device, thereby achieving the therapeutic effect of the drug.
Instruction
1、Before turning on the machine, unscrew the atomizing screw cap
2、Connect the atomization cup and the atomization port with the tube respectively. Pour the appropriate amount of medicine liquid into the atomization cup as needed or under the guidance of a professional doctor, and wear the atomizer as required by the picture.
3、Press the "Start/Shutdown" button, make sure the gear is set to 1L flow, the oxygen concentrator will switch to the atomization function

※When using the atomization function, please use the appropriate atomization components (please refer to the accessory manual for specifications and assembly methods).
※After the atomization is completed, please press the "on/off" button to shut down, remove the atomizer connection tube and install the atomization screw cap and tighten it.
Oxygen bag
Pay special attention when filling the oxygen bag with the oxygen concentrator. After the oxygen bag is filled, you must first unplug the oxygen bag intubation, and then turn off the oxygen concentrator switch, otherwise it may cause the negative pressure of the humidification tank to suck back into the system. Note: The oxygen bag needs to be purchased separately.
7.Maintenance
Clean the shell
The surface of the cabinet is recommended to be wiped and cleaned at least once a month. Before cleaning, please cut off the power supply and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth soaked with disinfectant (medical alcohol) to prevent liquid from penetrating into the machine.
Clean the humidification bottle
To keep the humidification bottle clean, pure water, distilled water or cold water should be filled into the humidification bottle. The water in the humidification bottle should be replaced every day. The humidification bottle should be cleaned once a week, first shake it with detergent, and then rinse it with clean water to ensure oxygen hygiene.
Change air filter
Filter cotton has the effect of reducing noise, isolating dust, and purifying the air, so it must be kept clean. The filter cotton inside the oxygen concentrator is recommended to be replaced once or twice a year depending on the situation (or when necessary according to the actual use). Remove the intake window and then pull it out for replacement.
Clean the oxygen tube and atomization components
Should be washed once after each use. The nasal suction tip on the nasal oxygen inhaler should be cleaned and disinfected after each use. It can be soaked in 5% potassium permanganate solution for 5 minutes and then rinsed with clean water or wiped with alcohol. It is recommended that the oxygen suction tube and atomization component be replaced regularly as consumables.
Fuse replacement
After confirming that the power plug is pulled out of the power socket, use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry open the fuse cover (as shown in the appearance diagram), take out the failed glass fuse, and then install a new one, and put the fuse cover back into the socket
①Prize up the fuse cover with a small slotted screwdriver

Long-term idle processing
Before leaving the oxygen concentrator for a long time, please do the following：
1、Remove the humidification bottle, pour out the water in the bottle to dry, and put it back in place.
2、Cut off the power and put away the power cord
3、Do not store the oxygen concentrator in a humid and dusty environment, avoid direct sunlight and pollution. Keep the oxygen tube and oxygen inhaler in a dry place at room temperature. Do not bend the air duct. Please place the oxygen generator out of the reach of infants.
Before using the oxygen concentrator that has been idle for a long time, please make the following preparations：
1、Check whether the power cord is in good condition.
2、Clean the oxygen tube and oxygen inhaler, check whether it is blocked or bent.
3、Cleaning the humidification bottle.
8.Technical fault and overhaul
※Do not disassemble the machine if it still fails to operate normally after operating according to the above methods, please call the customer service hotline for consultation.
9.Other issues
▲The production date is detailed in the product inspection certificate. The normal use period is three years from the date of use of this product.
