② Product Features
Ⅰ.Overview
The oxygen inhalation function: Inhaling oxygen can effectively improve the body's oxygen supply, achieving the purpose of oxygen supplementation and health maintenance. It is suitable for the elderly, pregnant women, those with weak constitutions, as well as students and office workers who experience varying degrees of physiological hypoxia. It can also be used to relieve fatigue and quickly restore physical functions after intense physical or mental exertion.
This series of oxygen concentrators uses high-quality molecular sieve as the adsorbent, producing oxygen that meets health standards directly from the air through the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method. These oxygen concentrators are compact, lightweight, energy-efficient, low-noise, and easy to operate.

Ⅲ. Working Principle
The oil-free compressor supplies compressed air to the rotary valve, which alternately directs flow to two molecular sieve beds (A and B).
Adsorption phase: When air enters one bed, nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve while oxygen passes through to the flow meter for delivery.
Desorption phase: Simultaneously, the other bed undergoes regeneration as residual gas is vented through the exhaust silencer.
By switching between the two beds in cycles, nitrogen is continuously removed, and high-purity oxygen is stably produced from ambient air.

④ Installation and Use
I. Preparation
1, Unpack the oxygen concentrator and remove all protective materials.
2, Connect the oxygen delivery tube:(As shown in Figure 2)
l One end to the humidifier bottle outlet, the other to the nasal cannula or oxygen outlet.
l The unit can be used with or without the humidifier bottle filled with water. (Water only provides humidification and does not affect oxygen concentration.)
3, To fill the humidifier bottle:
l Unscrew the cap, add purified water up to the maximum level line, and tighten the cap.
l Secure the bottle in the fixed slot with the elastic strap.
4, Connect the power cord:
l Ensure the power switch is OFF.
l Plug one end into the oxygen concentrator and the other into a grounded wall outlet.
l Do not use extension cords.

II. Oxygen Inhalation Operation
1. Turn the power switch to “I”, then press the “Oxygen Production” button on the control panel. The oxygen concentrator icon will light up, indicating it is in normal operation. While the concentrator is working, it will emit a “thud-- puff--” sound every few seconds, which is the normal sound of ventilation and exhaust. You can adjust the flow rate using the “Flow” button.
Note: The oxygen concentration will stabilize after approximately 30 minutes of initial operation.
2. As shown in Figure 3, connect one end of the nasal cannula to the oxygen outlet of the humidifier bottle and ensure the other end is properly worn by the patient to begin oxygen inhalation.
-- Adjust the oxygen inhalation time and flow rate according to medical advice.
-- After completing oxygen inhalation, turn off the oxygen concentrator and remove the oxygen delivery tube.

⑤ Maintenance and Care
Warning: Before Maintenance of the Oxygen Concentrator, Disconnect the Power Supply.
·The oxygen concentrator should be placed in a dry, dust-free, and well- ventilated area. Ensure that the air intake and exhaust ports are unobstructed.
· Oxygen delivery devices (such as nasal cannula) should be used by designated individuals to ensure hygiene.
I.Cleaning the Entire Unit
The exterior of the unit should be wiped clean at least once a month. First, disconnect the power supply, then use a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth or sponge to wipe it down. Do not allow liquid to seep into the seams of the casing.
II. Cleaning or Replacing the Filter and Air Intake Sponge Filter
Cleaning and replacing the filters and air intake sponge filter is crucial for protecting the compressor and molecular sieve, and for extending the lifespan of the oxygen concentrator. Please clean or replace them promptly.
* The oxygen filter should be replaced every 2 - 3 months
Warning:
·Do not operate the oxygen concentrator if the filter or air intake sponge filter is not installed or is damp, as this can cause permanent damage to the machine.
1, Removing the Filter/Air Intake Sponge Filter:
The filter/air intake sponge filter is located at the back of the machine. Gently pull the filter outwards (The actual cleaning time for the filter should be determined based on usage time and environmental conditions. If there is significant dust accumulation, it should be cleaned or replaced immediately, regardless of the duration of use.)
2, Cleaning &Replacing:
The expired oxygen filter may lead to RESPIREASY Home Oxygen Concentrator can not put out oxygen like it should be.
So the oxygen filter should be replaced the new one in time.
The air filter should be replaced every 2 - 3 months.
