Precautions for using the oxygen concentrator

1. The oxygen concentrator should be kept away from open flames and fire sources. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited near the oxygen inhaler!

2. The selection of oxygen flow and oxygen inhalation time should follow the doctor's instructions.

3. When inhaling oxygen, the oxygen flow should be adjusted before use; after oxygen inhalation, remove the oxygen tube, turn off the flow meter and power switch.

4. The oxygen concentrator should be placed in a well-ventilated space to avoid contamination of the oxygen concentrator intake. When using the oxygen concentrator, ensure that the bottom exhaust is unobstructed, otherwise it will cause the machine to overheat.

5. Distilled water or boiled water should be added to the humidifier bottle, and the amount added should be between the minimum and maximum scale lines. It is recommended to clean the humidifier bottle every 3 days, soak it with 40ml of vinegar, scrub it, rinse it with clean water, and disinfect it regularly. If you do not use the oxygen concentrator for several days, pour out all the water in the humidifier bottle and wipe the humidifier bottle dry. Do not inflate oxygen bags and other oxygen equipment when there is water in the humidification bottle.

6. Frequent switching on and off in a short period of time will reduce the service life. It is recommended to start the machine for no less than 30 minutes each time, and turn it on again after 5 minutes of shutdown (that is, the gas in the machine must be discharged to prevent the air compressor from starting under pressure and affecting its life).

7. The atomizer can only be connected to the outlet of the atomization gas source. When atomization is not performed, the atomization switch knob must be turned off to ensure that there is no leakage.

8. It is recommended to clean and replace the filter screen of the oxygen generator after 200 hours of operation, and clean and replace the filter every 900 hours. It can effectively extend the service life of the machine.

9. In order to keep the oxygen inhalation tube clean and hygienic, the oxygen tube should be used by a dedicated person. It is recommended to replace it once a week and clean and disinfect it frequently.
