1 Are there bubbles in the water tank, with no oxygen gas output from the oxygen outlet after start-up?
Cause analysis: the rubber plug on the top of the humidification water tank is not properly inserted.
Troubleshooting method: take down the humidification water tank and insert the rubber plug properly.
2 ls there any odor in the oxygen gas output?
Cause analysis: at the beginning of the use, the connecting pipe and ABS plastic parts will emit odor, which is a normal phenomenon for a new machine
Troubleshooting method: it will gradually disappear with the use of the machine; if you mind, you can soak it in the mixture of vinegar and warm water (1:3) for several times, clean it with clean water, and then air-dry it in a ventilated place to reduce the odor
3 Does the machine make a "puff" sound every few seconds?
Cause analysis: this is the sound generated during nitrogen emission when the machine works normally,which indicates good operation condition of the machine
Troubleshooting method: this is a normal phenomenon and you can ignore it.
4 Why do we need to add water in the machine?
Cause analysis: the function of adding water is to moisten the oxygen, so that the nose will not feel dry, and you may not add water.
Troubleshooting method: use pure water, bottled water, cold boiled water, mineral water and other clean water sources, water shall be added to the water tank below the water level, and it is recommended to replace it once every 1-2 days
5 Does water flow out of the oxygen outlet?
Cause analysis:
(1)the water in the tank exceeds the max. water level.
(2)There is water in the green water collector in the pipeline.
Troubleshooting method:
(1)pour out the water in the water tank, start the machine normally, and add water to the water tank after there is no more water flowing out of the oxygen outlet.
(2)Pour out the water in the water collector.
6 What are the consumables of the machine?
Cause analysis: the machine does not need consumables for the raw materials and can be used after powered on.
Troubleshooting method: for long-term use, the air filter inside the white cylindrical air inlet cover behind the frame needs cleaning or replacing, and the sealing ring on the inlet/outlet air hole column of the water tank shall be replaced if damaged.
